02 / how it works

Three steps, no jargon.

  1. step 1

    Map the web

We look at your people, processes, data and systems — and where they're tangled.

  2. step 2

    Plan the route

A clear, written plan with priorities, scope and cost — before any work begins.

  3. step 3

    Connect the dots

We put it in place together, and you're left with something your team understands.

04 / about

JEFF MATTSON

Building for the web since 1996. Now connecting businesses.

I started Spidernet in 1996 as a website design company and built more than 250 websites. Since COVID, I've moved away from web design toward media services and consulting, drawing on experience from the aerospace, IT and officiating worlds.

Today I help small and medium businesses make sense of analytics, ERP, databases, AI and custom web apps, and tell their story on video — and I bring the same structured thinking to sports officiating.
